The LUX website has been designed to be simple to use and has a number of accessibility features to ensure everyone can find the information they need as easily and quickly as possible.

USING THE SITE

To get more information about a menu option before you click on it, hover your mouse pointer over the option you are interested in. Below is an image of the title displayed when you hover your mouse pointer on the 'About' menu option.

The different sections of the site can be accessed via the menu on the left-hand side of each page. Where there are many options in one section, clicking on the menu with open a small sub-menu underneath it:

Where there is no sub-menu, clicking will take you directly to the section you have requested.

 

NEWSWIRE

The Subscribe section allows you to sign up to our two mailing lists: select either the Newswire or Weekly Newswire. To sign up to these, you must have a valid email address.

To sign up, enter your email address in the box provided and choose any password so that you can later change the settings (eg, email address, or unsubscribe) in your account:

 

You will then shortly receive an email in your inbox to request confirmation that you wish to sign up. This is to prevent people being signed up without their consent. To activate your subscription, simply click the 'reply' button on your email programme, and then click 'send'. You must do this within 3 days of getting the email or your subscription will be cancelled.
