A trip up the Thames from Southend-On-Sea to the Houses of Parliament provides Kötting with many fine opportunities to indulge in his own idiosyncratic brand of taradiddles and horseplay. This film is a sort of trailer for his demented feature film, Gallivant, and with its vivacious Super 8 camerwork and cast of cheeky characters, it's great fun.
