Biography/CV
Matthew Noel-Tod was born 1978 in Stoke-on-Trent. His films reframe narrative cinema in relation to experimental moving image, conceptual art, philosophy and literature. He is a founding member of the critical film group Free Cinema Seven and lives and works in London.
